Exciting progress is unfolding across Stages 1 and 2. Our team on the ground is auditing and testing to ensure a smooth authority compliance process. Rock retaining walls are due to be completed very soon and the final electrical kiosk will be installed in the coming weeks.
Access for valuations and soil testing is also available for Stages 1 & 2 and can be pre-booked through the site contact, marking a major milestone for our residents!
Mount Ararat South Road works continue
We’re pleased to share that works along Mount Ararat South Road have continued to advance, with the kerb and channel as well as the final Class 2 crushed rock layer now complete. Prime and asphalt is booked in for next week, bringing us one step closer to building the primary access to the estate.
