Sewer, drainage and road crossings complete
Major underground works are almost complete, with sewer and drainage installation finalised across Stages 1 and 2. All roadside property connections are also in place, alongside the completion of road crossings, helping set the foundation for future homes and safe connectivity.
Water and house drains underway
Water reticulation has commenced and is already halfway complete, ensuring future residents will have essential water services in place. In addition, house drain works have now started, another step toward preparing lots for home construction.
Roads progressing
Road boxing has been stabilised, keeping construction on track for the next phases of road building throughout the estate. These works are key to shaping the road network that will soon connect residents to parks, amenities and the wider community.
