Earthworks and road preparation complete
Cut and fill earthworks are now complete, along with road boxing and excavation of the temporary basin. These foundational works are key to establishing the site’s levels and managing water flow across the estate. All swales have also been completed and topsoiled, setting the stage for further infrastructure works.
Road stabilisation finished
Road stabilisation across Stage 1 and 2 is now complete, marking another milestone in the preparation of future road networks that will soon connect future homes and public spaces throughout Kala.
Sewer and drainage underway
Installation of the sewer is progressing well, with crews making steady headway on these critical underground services. Stage 1 and 2 drainage has also commenced this month, supporting stormwater management across the community.
