We’re thrilled to share that Practical Completion (PC) was received from the Council on 4th of June! A great milestone for the community and we expect all internal electrical, water, and sewer sign-offs will follow in the week commencing 15th of June.
Branch Sewer
Construction on the branch sewer is coming shortly, and we’re actively negotiating an early Statement of Compliance (SOC) with South East Water to help keep momentum moving forward.
Noise Wall
Great progress is being made here, with the design officially approved last week. Our pre-commencement meeting with VicRoads has been completed, and site clearing and mobilisation are currently underway. On-site installation is scheduled to start next week.
Looking Ahead
On current ‘targets’, all SOC consents will be achieved within the coming 2 to 3 weeks, with titles hopefully following shortly after that.
