Internal works now underway
April marked a major milestone onsite, with internal stage construction works officially commencing. This phase includes critical foundational works that will pave the way for further infrastructure progress over the coming months.
Site shaping continues
Topsoil stripping has now been completed across the site. This process clears the way for upcoming bulk earthworks, which are well underway and on track to be completed soon. These essential works help form the final shape and level of the land before we move into more detailed civil construction.
Next steps
Once bulk earthworks wrap up, road boxing and sewer works will commence. These works are the next step in preparing for future roads, services and ultimately, future homes at Kala.
