On Wednesday 21 February, we were incredibly fortunate to gather with our esteemed stakeholders, community partners and some of Victoria’s most renowned builders, to properly introduce the vision for Kala.
Development Manager, Aaron, captured the anticipation of the day, stating: “SIG Group is really excited about our newest upcoming residential project, and it was clear that this excitement was shared amongst our project stakeholders.”
“We can’t wait to embark on this journey of building a vibrant boutique community that will enrich the lives of those who call it home”, Aaron added.
The event was held amongst the picturesque grounds of Homestead Park in nearby Nar Nar Goon, a location that holds special significance as it is the surrounding olive groves that are found here which inspired Kala’s very name.
“The key criteria for naming the estate was to have something that had a connection to the local community and its heritage, and “Kala Estate” (shortened version of “kalamata”) does just that by giving a nod to the numerous olive farms dotted around the area,” explained Aaron.
A heartfelt thank you also goes to our event suppliers, including Barn Events, Little Bar Cart, Fed by Freda, The Captain & Co and Lusso Event Hire who contributed to making this event come to life. Their efforts were instrumental in creating an atmosphere that resonated with the unique character of Kala.
