Casey Winter Arts Festival

Casey’s Winter Arts Festival is back with an electrifying line-up to warm your winter days and nights! Discover over 60 amazing arts, cultural and entertainment events across the city throughout June and July.
There’s also an awesome selection of dedicated school holiday activities including dance, songwriting, improv theatre, art and more!
Dino Safari
Daily at 9:30am from 28 June – 7 July
These school holidays, Wilson Botanic Gardens in Berwick will be transformed into a prehistoric wonderland as part of Winter Arts Festival! Bring the kids along for an adventure and let their imaginations run wild as they travel back in time with Dino Safari.
On Saturday 29 June, there will also be a special Twilight Walk, allowing families to experience the ancient landscapes after dark! There will also be dino-themed crafts, live music, interactive dinosaur encounters and the thrilling “Floor is Lava” challenge. Food trucks will also be on hand to satisfy appetites of Jurassic proportions.
Free Kids Explorer Bus
Daily, from 29 June – 14 July
Planning a visit to the Royal Botanic Gardens in Cranbourne these school holidays? Good news – children get to ride FREE on the Kids Explorer Bus!
Experience amazing sights, sounds and scents as you cruise through the Gardens on this tour designed especially for families. Breathe in the fragrances of different eucalypt trees as you take in the colours of the landscape and learn why plants are so important for our planet.
Winterfest 2024

Winterfest is back at Cardinia Cultural Centre, offering a jam-packed program of FREE activities for families and kids these school holidays!
There’ll be movie screenings, interactive workshops, and an exciting new exhibition; Shipwreck Odyssey. This awesome new interactive installation lets you experience an underwater journey from the coral reefs of Australia to the depths of the Pacific – you won’t want to miss it!
Bluey Disco
Friday 12 July
Everyone’s favourite Heeler is coming to Lollipop’s Playland and Café in Pakenham these school holidays!
Bluey’s Disco will give kids the chance to dance the night away, enjoy heaps of fun games and of course, meet Bluey! Plus every child will leave with a free gift to remember the evening.
