The latest construction news
One of our most significant milestones recently has been the commencement of watermain works, with drilling for this essential infrastructure now underway!
We’re also pleased to announce that title dates for Stages 1 and 2 are scheduled for Q1 2026. In preparation for this, tender packages have been sent out to civil contractors, and we anticipate appointing a contractor in January. Following this appointment, bulk earthworks will begin, paving the way for internal stage works to commence once the groundwork is complete.
We’ll continue to share updates as each milestone unfolds. In the meantime, you can stay up to date with your specific stage via the My Kala portal.
Celebrating a great year
Looking back on the year that was, in April, we proudly opened the doors to our brand-new Sales Office! The launch was a resounding success, with 20 lots sold during our VIP and public releases. Since then, we have continued to welcome a diverse community of buyers, including both first-time homeowners and those looking to upgrade. These new residents are excited to make Kala their future home in 2026.
Showcasing our community
Earlier this year, we also hosted a launch event in the beautiful surrounds of The Barn events space, attended by over 100 of our trusted builder partners. This gathering not only showcased the exciting opportunities at Kala but also reinforced our commitment to building a strong, connected community.
